At Searcys St Pancras Restaurant & Bar, we are excited to launch our brand new menu. Designed by our Head Chef Colin Layfield, we are featuring deliciously seasonal dishes, which are thoroughly of-the-moment, letting beautiful ingredients shine.
Navigate the All Day Dining menu based on how much time you have; just look for the ‘express’ icon if you’re on-the-go. There are also icons to identify healthy, signature and ‘20s classics. The menu is printed in French on reverse to cater for guests from both sides of the channel.
Sharing is not easy when snacks like sweet potato and smoked almond hummus or crab rarebit are so good. Another sharing option is the generous fish pie, which comes loaded with flaky sustainably sourced fish and is topped with moreishly creamy mash.
Cornish rump of lamb with artichokes, shallots, rosemary, and feta is like sunshine on a plate and the Creedy Carver chicken pie is worth sitting back with a glass of wine and waiting the 20 minute preparation time for.
Rest assured, there are plenty of nourishing and vegetarian options, too, such as the quinoa, avocado, spinach, pink grapefruit, and toasted superfood seed salad. Whatever you do, look no further than the floating island for pudding.
